Testing more stuff with my ancient post-modulation noise pass in NTSCFX for OBS.
Still need to start exposing some parameters, but I want to figure out how to implement scaling into the filter itself before working on that. That will make things much more usable for most users & I won't need to worry about adding more passes after that.
