Siri can't set a timer for both of the pies I'm making at once but I can tell it to "set an alarm for 45 minutes for now" and it does the math and figures it out just fine

I simply cannot believe that no Apple exec has ever been bothered by the one timer at a time thing

  1. timer on the oven (probably, some really old-fashioned ovens dont have that)
  2. timer on the microwave
  3. timer on your phone
  4. timer on your computer
  5. timer on your zune

sometimes when making dinner there's a situation where we need THREE timers, so we use the oven, microwave, and my roommates phone (cause she has voice assistant on, I dont, cause fuck that)

The point is that stupid technological limitations caused by interface design oversights are annoying, not that I have no way to set two timers

ur right that we can do that and that is what happens most of the time, it's just that like come on... the device in my pocket clearly is able to do all of it and just won't bc someone decided to not make the UI let it
