My thoughts so far:
The game's three phases are fun and distinct, and I can see there's a way to go to master the puzzle strategy. Placing houses with the right borders to create exactly the right number is a challenge. In my last game, I negated a number of towns by going tool high. It took me a while to figure out that towers, castles, and enemy houses don't count for neighboring numbers.
The UI is a little obtuse, but in a fun retro way. I wish I could print out the instructions to have on hand as a feelie. I also wish I knew what each trouble did before placing it, but I'm sure I'll learn with play.
I'm excited to try out all the civilizations and meet all the pony heros!

Thanks for playing! ^^
There's a lot of things that could have been explained better, but I hoped people would get the hang of it after a while anyway. Describing the effects of the troubles in the manual would definitely have been good, that one's probably just laziness on my part toward the end of the project... Since it would have added a whole bunch of extra pages lol.
The civs really only differ in pony stats, and the villains just in what troubles they make.
