Man this is deflating. I liked Passage (or the idea of passage) and the other concepts but after his behavior wrt The Castle Doctrine and NFTs and during Covid it got really hard to think of him in a positive light.
This is quite a fall from Sleep Is Death, where you needed a second human to operate the story.
why not have humans perform this service?

I remember watching him and Chris Crawford on a documentary, where both were thinking about the potential for meaningful art in interactivity. These days Crawford apparently thinks there's money to be made training an LLM on old soap operas.
