i've been working on a lot of disparate stuff this summer, but now here's a bunch that are ready to be talked about! ko-fi memberships! clown dolls for sale! and a ttrpg i designed!
one, i started ko-fi membership tiers today, which basically amount to a couple of bucks a month to see behind the scenes stuff of things i'm working on and get first dibs on my commissions when they open.
two, i'm dropping some clown dolls i've made in my ko-fi shop the same day that my commissions open, september 25th! i'm really liking making these and i've already finished one fully that will go up, with the other designs previewed below.
and with the membership tiers active, my first members only behind the scenes post is up on my ko-fi where i've shown off some behind the scenes for my progress on making the clown dolls.
and then finally, my original episodic mystery ttrpg FICSion (pronounced the same as "fiction"). i made it because i was tired of trying to gamify solving mysteries with dice rolls and skill checks that prevent clues and information from being discovered. FICSion is based around players leading the investigation with their own deductions and following threads they choose. the dice rolling mechanic is based around players trying to take risks to gain information faster.
FICSion releases October 1st, digitally on my itch.io and physical copies in my ko-fi store. the digital copies are going to be free/pay what you want! also releasing with it are original mystery stories i wrote for FICSion. in the future i'll also be releasing mystery writing guides and alternative/additional rulesets to make the games written for it more unique!
i almost didn't announce or do any of these things at all, but i slept enough this week to boast my confidence in my work and i'm so excited for these things to reach the point where i can put it in front of people!
