it's okay to eat food past the expiry date! The expiration date is mostly just wild guess work by capitalists. lol Just check with your instincts (smell, eyes, taste, and vibes) that its still safe to consume.
i'm a little more cautious about the expiry dates of foods and especially when they have dairy in them, but this is a good point. i'll not force myself to each a bunch of yogurt in one night lol
