im sure they do near the cities!! but ive looked up this place on google maps and it looks like the stereotype of the "1920s sweet shop" type structure so i can only assume that theres not a lot of oversight and theres one ornery or stubborn person thats been working there over half their life that refuses to update any documentation and a younger or more well informed person cant be hired to fix anything because the building has a capacity of 2 and that freak has been working there since the town was put on the map and refuses to die. respectfully, this person, whoever they are, fucking sucks lmao
