i was in a work meeting this morning where indirectly the subject of tech literacy was brought up and it was frankly a good reminder of how average people confront tech problems but it was also a grim reminder that we are COOKED as a society if we keep progressing down the path displayed to me. apps, apple-ificstion and the like have completely eroded people's abilities to comprehend how to even begin navigating a device that isnt their iphone. its truly baffling. jesus christ. i have to vaguely complain about this on main because my team isnt doing a debrief about this until tomorrow and this is gonna be SWIMMING in my brain for the next 24 hours.
