happy new year, i just spent the past 2 hours completely reorganizing my bedroom because 1) i watched a lot of videos about feng shui this week because they were recommended to me and they actually explained the concept in a way that made sense and wasn't just about ~mystic east asian vibes~ like it's always been explained to me before and 2) my bedroom is next to the kitchen and the previous placement of the head of my bed put it in the direct line of the light of the overhead kitchen light and i was getting real sick of being woken up every time someone turned that light on
