since i don't know what you're angry about, i need to say first that anger isn't an inherent bad thing. there's plenty of awful shit in the world, and it's totally justified to get pissed off about it. if someone is telling you not to be angry, think hard about why.
now, what you do with that anger matters of course. please don't punch random people.
there is some energy here. maybe it's justified, maybe it's not, but either way it's present. it's up to you to decide what to do with it. where will you direct your anger, and how? the easiest advice would be for you to get a punching bag so you have something to hit. if you want to go deeper than that, then it's up to you to look around you and ask what you wish would change. what does your anger need to be resolved? can you resolve it now, and what would it take? if not, what can you do to ameliorate it, or at least use your energy to change something else around you?
