so, we have ADHDers who struggle to get anything done without spontaneity, but whose mediums of choice are often things that have steep learning curves that seem to be hostile to spontaneity, specifically I'm thinking of video games. What if there was a program to pair these people up with experts, such that basically the ADHDers could explain what they want to make with their spontaneous urges and the experts could dispense the necessary knowledge to build the thing in whatever the salient tool is (Inform, Twine, or some more traditional-math heavy game engine).
I find it hard to learn tools like this because I just wanna Make My Thing and I find wading through documentation cumbersome and discouraging, so having someone who could help me cut to the chase and show me what tools should be in my toolbelt would probably go a long way.
I had a lot of other ideas around this a few hours ago but also I was delirious on prog so they're all gone now and I don't know how coherent it all was.
