an image of a typical Pacific North West temperate rainforest, with ferns and other greenery growing on a mossy, fallen-tree-covered forest floor. The colors of the image are oddly tinted, as the photo was taken in 1973.

schizospec / psychotic disorder --> paranoia is so brutal when navigating the world as someone with any degree of positivity towards anti-imperialist and anti-capitalist movements.
depending on what youre doing, getting yourself or your friends arrested or doxxed is a real threat. Balance carefully, don't get sloppy, loose lips sink ships.
but on the other hand is the pull of paranoid conspiracy. conspiratorial spins turning you towards hate or total seclusion from society.
neither place is safe, but where do i draw the line on which i walk?

Honestly, I would appreciate a kind of guide, or guidelines, by many-someones who are experienced in this topic. What's definitely a problem, what is maybe one, what is not one but may become one, what is false, what is false & contains dangerous ideas (e.g. conspiracy). Of course things change big time.

Or (And?) maybe something from the paranoid POV, small things that can help a person calm their nerves without entering dangerous headspace, isolating themselves, or dropping half their life savings on stuff to protect themselves. Like there is a lot of legitimate concern around tech that is constantly being shared around, and ignoring it can be a non-option depending on what you use the net for ...

from my position, it feels like a Bad Idea for me to block triggering stuff re:infosec, but as one can imagine being constantly exposed to triggering stuff w/ no protocol to work through it is not very good.
