so in Paper Mario: Color Splash, one of the dungeons is a volcano, which has a hot spring in it; the entrance to it you can use leads to a hot spring which has a bunch of Toads sitting in a pool
as we know, Toads are all boys, and this gels with Mario using the entrance that leads to that part of the hot spring
BUT if we know how hot springs work in Japan, we also understand that there must be another, FORBIDDEN part
if you walk in the right spot in the pool with the Toads, you see speech bubbles appear in the background, beyond the back wall of the pool
hit the back wall with your hammer - which is basically the main form of interaction Paper Mario has with the world around him - and a small stone falls off, CREATING A PEEPHOLE which you can interact with
which of course again gels with every single Hot Spring Episode in every anime/manga in history
so you go and interact with the peephole and your sidekick character peers through and says it's too steamy to see much, BUT there's one of the Paint Star widgets that you're supposed to find on the other side
you can then walk through the waterfall in the corner of the back wall to get to THE FORBIDDEN (Ladies') HALF of the hot spring
and there, in the pools in THE FORBIDDEN HALF of the hot spring, there are... a bunch of Snifits and Shy guy? s
ALSO a bunch of the Shyguy?s in the ladies' part of the hot spring are standing on each others' shoulders, peeping into the next pool over
which has the Paint Star in it... and a Boo, with their back turned.
If you talk to the Boo, they turn around and go "WHY I NEVER" and do the Boo Hiding Thing with the blush and all
at which point the peeping Shyguy?s do the Anime Falling Over With Embarrassment Thing
