I tend to use trading cards as bookmarks, but I always try to choose one that corresponds to the nature of the book I'm reading.

For example, I chose a Tanglea Pokemon card for a book that has a very convoluted and winding story. For a book about math, I had a card with spiderwebs on it (spiderwebs have always been very math-provoking to me)

I really love this kind of detailing, for some reason. It makes it all just that much more personal :3
