let me tell you how incredible it was when i found this. i had already been thinking "man dream of the red chamber would make a good visual novel", and lo and behold when i searched it up turns out there were TWO! one was a pc-98 sexy ero game not really worth mentioning and then there was this. there is the original version and then the expanded edition with voice acting and more stuff including what appears to be a way to play as the prince of beijing.
finding a way to get it has been pretty hard. i did find this page but i don't have anything like wechat or alipay.
and i also found a playasia listing that claims to sell you a physical copy but it sounded too good to be true so i didn't try.
of course i don't know chinese so if i do finally get this god damn elusive beautiful thing i'm gonna have to machine translate everything. but it would be all worth it.
