his name is stel! he's not a devil fruit user or anything and he's really weak physically, and also afraid of danger or getting hurt, but he makes up for his lack of pirating skills with his tattooing ability and very limited first aid
ive got a couple comics n such in the works with him that i'll hopefully finish soon!
