not playing FGs or working out for the last week gave me more time to watch movies, which was nice. however, i'm still spending more time physically operating my PCs/phone than i think is physically prudent, so i'm going to try calling a shot on a week of training to see if i can make my grind a bit more sustainable.

Bench press 4x5 @ 185lbs

Deadlift 3x5 @ 275lbs

FRCs, movement, and combo practice for 15min

Character-specific combo practice for 15min

Netplay for 30min

Morning kickboxing bag work for 20min

WNF +R and/or Games with @LuminousIllusion
