why did no one tell me emulating mac os 9 would be so complicated wtf like fuck you mean different cpu architecture and all the time spent on trying to get this shit to work on virtualbox was for nothign and i need to get some other program sheepshaver and get fucking rom files for it too and now i have to redownload the iso because fucking idk it's too new it doesn't fucking know what to do with it????
please i just want the fucking text to speech software that stupid plaintalk that was used for lain literally nothing more i'm not asking for too much please
okay it seems i really am asking for too much because when i first tried to run the speech manager it just crashed with default voice? now it just doesn't work at all and everything else freezes and now when i try to use the tts in simpletalk it just says an error occured??? why is it like this
never mind turns out i really had no fucking idea how to do this shit (duh) until now so i just found an actual emulator online and there it was and it works! please don't force me to use sheepshaver ever again or emulated classic macos in general
