I'm still playing and learning dragons dogma 2. I'm just starting to progress the quest in the batthal area and I'm 30ish hours in and level 42. I'm really excited to see what the game holds going forward, but I wish some of these professions were more readily available before this far in. I'm still missing 2 of them.

The two you're missing are both late game in pretty much the same region. For one of them it makes sense, but I'm personally annoyed they make you wait so long for the other. :/
I just want to be a magic archer. I don't mind that wayfarer is late game, but magic archer feels like it should be a bit earlier.
It really should be. you should have all the jobs except Warfarer by the time you get Trickster, I have no idea why they decided to push Mystic Archer so late in the game. 😞
I also don't like that a lot of vocation quests also give the meister skill. Like, what? Why are you learning the ultimate ability with no experience!?
