I went down to the warplane museum for my birthday, but i decided I'd catch the launch from a waterfront park down that way that I'd never caught one from! it's a very different angle, that's for sure!
From the area of north brevard typically available to me on two hooves and two wheels, getting south of the NASA causeway to a park like this is a rarity, but it lets you see the gravity turn. From my normal points of view, you don't see it as much because it's almost turning directly away from you!
the warplane museum was fun, but i wish I'd had more time (and appliied more sunscreen. i didn't get burned, but my spray ran out so i avoided a lot of the outside displays)
