The first season just ended and I can say with absolute certainty that this is probably one of my favorite anime that has come out in the past couple of years. Between the characters, animation (omfg seriously, the animation) and an insane soundtrack I was just so impressed with Madhouse. The humor is deadpan, the storytelling is slow and meandering and takes its time to flesh out the characters while having some impressive action fights throughout and I just really liked it
