A trans woman on Tumblr (the subject of a months-long harassment campaign that site support had yet to take any action on) posted a before/after transition timeline, which immediately got removed for being "explicit" alongside every image she'd ever posted. This prompted her to make a post hoping that the CEO "dies a painful death involving a car covered in hammers that explodes multiple times and the hammers go everywhere", a statement so obviously over-the-top and cartoonish that no reasonable person would take it as an actual threat of any kind. The CEO, of course, immediately utterly nuked her account and claimed that it was a threat severe enough he had to get the FBI involved, and is continuing to double down on this utterly ridiculous behavior in the replies to his posts (and the DMs of a fair number of people poking fun at him).
