My experience is only with writing, but I think the creative process is very much the same across mediums?
One thing that helps a lot is to do the thing in a different place (a cafe, the park, even the couch instead of your bedroom). Any little bit of difference will put you in a slightly-different headspace, which can make things happen. Same thing with doing the thing on a different device, or with physical media instead (pen and paper etc). When you do stuff digitally, it's really easy to go, no, actually, I'm gonna erase that and try again. So you end up constantly fiddling with every little detail instead of accepting a work with its imperfections and how you can work with them. That was one of Bob Ross's big things, the happy little accidents.
There's trying a different subject matter, a different genre or tone or vibe. Do it on whatever silly thing currently holds your interest. Or maybe something you've always had a big interest in but never got around to making a thing about, for whatever reason. (that's how I got two of my best stories).
The final thing is allowing yourself to not give a fuck and make a thing, no matter how bad it might end up. It's okay if no one ever sees it, or you realize halfway through it was a bad idea, or you hate it so much that you can't stand it anymore and you throw it out. Not every thing you make has to be fit for sharing with others! Think of how many trays of ruined cookies a professional baker has ever thrown out throughout their career. People never see that, or even think about it, but the baker still probably learned something, and just by making a thing, no matter how crappy it is, you still improve your skills.
It is also okay to give yourself a break, even if it's only for a day or two. You need rest to refill the creative well, and you need to consume other things of art for that, too. I'll do a more "project based" recipe or watch a movie I've been meaning to check out and let my self enjoy it as a regular person, instead of as a writer looking to consume critically and analyze everything. Maybe you'll get a really cool idea, even!
Hope that helps?
