I bought Tim and Eric's Billion Dollar Movie on blu-ray and there's a "Shrim Dance Screensaver" which is the titular shrim dance sequence from the film played for 4 hours on loop.
I imagine this must be exploiting blu-ray's particular method of storing video data - which is to split media up into smaller clips and queue them up seamlessly with a playlist file - by simply creating a playlist file that has one clip on repeat. You could theoretically do this infinitely, I believe, unless there's a specific limitation in the blu-ray spec about how many clips can be stored in one playlist. There should be no reason they couldn't have made this 24 hours long.
