Oh. I saw this on Sony’s design gallery, but uh…they didn’t show the keyboard. They were too busy being proud of the .1 megapixel camera rofl.

I miss my old Sony Clie (which was an older and much less fancy model than this one in the pictures). the smart phone seems like such a dreary and unpromising device compared to the older PDAs and I really wonder why. I feel like it's because everything about the current accepted design of the "smart phone" suggests something designed chiefly to be cheap to make, like it's a mere extruded rectangle of materials, a sandwich of circuit boards and glass with a couple buttons round the edges. is usability even a concern in smart phone design? ~Chara

I used to have one of these. I have a CF 802.11b adapter for it still if you want one.
