I find myself in the opposite situation, where I'm surrounded by the real shit in a legal state and desire the profoundly strange delta 8 and 9 i had in texas that doesn't get me anxious, but is of questionable legality and so rare nobody knows what im talking about here
I have been using d8 and d9 gummies from a company called Green Garden Gold based out of Richardson, TX and they're pretty great for what they are? Like having not tried The Real Shit I have no real frame of reference but taking an entire 50mg d8 gummy can have me struggling to walk upright lmao. Usually half of one does the trick and tbh I've never slept quite like a rock as I do on those d8 gummies. The d9's are similar but slightly more potent - but also lower dosages (I think a 50mg d9 gummy would make me puke or something anyways lol so it's a good thing). Only downside is the flavor of the strawberry ones (only ones I've bought so far) is just Ass and hangs around in your mouth and the back of your throat for like 10 minutes so I have to chase it with soda or some drink with a strong flavor. They also have tangerine so those might be good?

d8 and d9 are strains that have just enough variation in the cabinoids that current regulations probably don't actually apply.

basically, police departments no longer receive funding for arrests or convictions related to weed. it's technically illegal most places but since there's no money in punishing the crime it's effectively legal.
Haha yup. I mean at my work we have people come in reeking of weed. Regularly have sealed boxes that reek of the stuff (I mean come on, can't even be a little discreet?) and I don't think anybody's actually gotten in trouble. Basically if you're not lighting up in the middle of town square you're fine.
