Shipped two packages of Discs™ to some Cohost friends and USPS scared the fuck out of me. They both got scanned in as "picked up by USPS" but then one of them got plenty of other updates like "in transit to processing center" "arrived at processing center" "in transit to next facility" all that good stuff, while the other one continued to just say "picked up by USPS" for like 4 days??? Was getting genuinely worried it had gotten lost or something but I just checked it this moment and bam "processing at destination". Bitch warped from Texas to Massachusetts with zero tracking updates in between that had me STRESSED.
But I understand, especially at this time of year the post office is fucking SWAMPED and so yeah they'll be more concerned about just moving all the packages than they will be with making sure every single one gets scanned at every proper step along the chain.
