And we all know next week it'll be "hey great that we're getting through the higher volume faster but it looks like your quality metrics have gone down, we really need to work on that..."
You forgot the "we can achieve both, go get em" part of this conversation.
you know we could really corner the market if we could simply offer work that was done good, fast, and cheap
