Having received the official AC adapter, the Dell Latitude 5400 still only runs for a couple minutes before cutting itself off. Now, the fans do run at full tilt not long after boot, and it tends to cut itself off faster and faster with each reboot unless I give it time to cool down - so I'm wondering if it just needs some new thermal paste lol. This is the kind behavior you'd expect from a machine with no thermal paste.
