My parents have always watched bottom of the barrel YouTube slop, and now that means that they're watching videos written, narrated, and probably edited together by AI. Just completely useless machine generated sludge. There's so much of it, and when I try to tell them they legitimately defend it as "we still get to look at the pictures." Like I guess YouTube is their equivalent of a white noise machine? idk but it's unbearable to be in the same room as some computer generated garbage.
