Nope, I still have the laptop and the power supply but it looks like I got rid of the rest of the accessories one of the times I moved.
I NEED to know how adding an extra component reduces the computer's weight
@matytoonist is correct, old powerbooks had two expansion bays that also formed the side of the case, on both sides of the laptop. They could have a battery or an optical drive (?), but if you just left it empty there'd be a huge hole in the side. This plugs the hole.
What i love about this is they can’t just say this is like a blank bay insert or a dust cover (i guess you could make the argument that that is what it really accomplishes when you’re using it), it’s a PowerBook Weight-Saving Device, as if it performs some kind of function any more complicated than it just Being There
