Like maybe every wireless charger makes coil whine but if so I was never informed of this. I can understand the fan since these make a bit of heat but the coil whine is separate (started before the fan kicked on) and very irritating. I have this on my bedside table and I guess it's actually useless there because in would never get any sleep with this thing squealing and chittering away.
