im still so mad about what happened to audacity. or not even mad, more... unsettled. like i woke up one morning to find god had privatized the concept of horizontal surfaces, and i'd have to agree to their privacy policy if i wanted to continue using them
ive been using the Audacium fork, but looking into it it seems thats been abandoned for years and theyre recommending people use Tenacity instead
I will likely open Audacity 3 times a year max so I'm not angry enough to use a fork but it is extremely dumb how bad it's slowly becoming. Like there's termites in there and in 10 years it'll crumble in your hands.
