I could've sworn both the carbon and movie bits were born here, and I know the Seinfeld meme is an old joke (I mean it's a Seinfeld screenshot cmon) but it was cute to see crop up every now and then here like it had some kind of heritage to it. If it was first used in that specific context on one of the other alt platforms then I stand corrected but I have a suspicion one won't see said gags come up again and again like they do here, because Mastodon and Bluesky both seem to by design discourage a unified community.
