This is a stem from Aristotle's Denial by Joe Hawley, which is an awesome song in its own right, but I keep coming back to this stem he posted to YouTube.
The first half is just the goofiest sounds, Joe saying "duh" and "doy" with wild effects layered on top like a kid playing with a voice changer.
And then the second half shifts to some of the prettiest accapella(?) I've ever heard, his voice is so gentle and the lyrics are surreal, and end with a note of melancholy.
