I ended up thinking about the story I'm working on and what a couple of the characters would be investigating... it ended up sounding a little melancholy

regarding what kinds of comments I want... I am mostly interested in what the song makes you feel
very good funky and good song
it makes me feel desolate in a sort of way where... i like it? it makes me feel like wanting to create in order to fill empty space
the other feeling i get is more like an image of someone exploring a place that people dont tend to go in, while having a goal theyre very close to achieving. im also thinking of an overgrown industrial complex or factory (the more somber singing at the beginning heavily strikes me as feeling like plant life, while the more intense noises feel more mechanical and like metal)
i really like the little instrument coming in around 12 seconds
it made me remember detective barbie, which gives me a lot of really abstract feelings because that game was a fever dream a bit... it definitely feels like an investigation, and trying to be kind of level-headed during it, but it also feels dreamlike
i really like the resounding bell (?)
i like the kind of slow down around 23 seconds, and i like how the "rougher" sounding instrument is at the start, and then becomes more present later and is basically the most prominent instrument by the end of the track
it feels like tension between the presence of something causing friction and trying to solve for that without causing a break
this is a very amazing song and in regards on what makes me feel it sounds like a ominous entrance/intro to something that is largely unknown of that being highly strange and mysterious but something that is scary for the fact that you can't comprehend
But i also kinda imagine this being an intro song to machine city, gears everywhere, engines starting and smokes creates a big fog to the area
Additionally steam machine creatures/monsters (either by gears or molten metal) comes to terrorize the new comers to this desolated clockwork environment

love this a lot! the way this makes me feel is like we are investigating a glitch in the system, something really scary has happened and we're in the thick of it trying to solve the issue before things get any worse. i guess it makes me think of being in a spooky VN of some sort but maybe i was primed to think about that due to that spooky VN game jam event the last couple months LOL
This is really cool! It gives me the feeling of approaching an epiphany in whatever mystery it is you're trying to study, that sense of all the pieces starting to fall into place.
AYY this is really nice, loving the textures you've used, it sounds very well polished for to hours of work. I guess feeling-wise i would describe it as think-y but in a confused sort of way, bit explore-y as well, what with the flavour of the percussion
