One thing that didn't really get covered much at the time, because there was too much other hilarity going on - is that Justin did abandon three of the trademarks he bragged about at pretty much first resistance.
Though also I should point out that while the timing of it makes it look like he dropped them as part of the lawsuit but he actually filed to abandon them way back in July 2021 - at the peak of the PR meltdown.
Presumably the distinction is that these were literally just copy-pastes of the original artworks, but the Lizard Man and the Game Wizards trademarks are original Justin LaNasa art... well as original as a poorly executed traceover can be.
Funnier still is that the only product with the actual Lizard Man on it is the Tales & Tots Game Book 1st Edition (Lizardman).

Everything else uses the vastly superior quality version made by David S. LaForce, aka Diesel.

So in summary:
Justin already folded on over half the original batch of trademarks he announced and offered to license in October 2020. Presumably he was told it was a really bad idea, to the extent he decided to believe it even though he seems to think he's above the law.
He's seems to think these will be different, because he can show he drew the copies himself - but he's not using the stuff that he drew anyway so can't really show use of the mark in commerce.
I don't like his odds of convincing anyone of his rightful ownership of any of these marks, regardless of how the Star Frontiers court case goes.
