Here's a neat feature I haven't seen before: a site that will let you mark your allergens (or aversions or religious prohibitions or whatever) and then warn you which products have those allergens in their ingredients. It's on Adagio Teas and as someone who loves herb tea but gets asthma attacks from chamomile, what a lifesaver. I wish more places that sold foods did this.
(This is not, strictly speaking, an allergy; chamomile is known to make asthma worse, and in general people with asthma shouldn't drink it unless you already know for certain that it's safe for you.)
(annoyingly, if you google "chamomile asthma," you will find some sites claiming it treats asthma! this is an excellent way to know whose herbal advice should not be taken seriously.)
