the fact that he's a security guy is what really put up the red flags and sirens for me here tbh. but also it's probably hard to explain to people who aren't terminally online exactly why and how this is such a red flag. if you could find some succinct and trustworthy resources re: this specific type of bigotry and how it's linked to violent weirdos/hate groups i think that'd be a good thing to have in your pocket, but i'm not sure off the top of my head where to start... if i think of anything i'll come back with links.

given as this man owns numerous weapons I am also a little nervous about being identified as the one who got him disciplined/fired. I'm the only openly trans person who works there so even with an anonymous report it wouldn't be rocket science to guess it was me.

so that's also a factor.

๐Ÿ˜ฌ Scary! Re: the plausible deniability, I think it might help (assuming the HR person is not familiar with this discourse) to collect some other examples of similar content off his facebook, assuming it's there? Because if a guy threatens one gay pedophile, you can argue he just hates pedophiles, but if he is CONSTANTLY TALKING about gay pedophilia, that's like, clearly there is something else going on there.
