Apparently it was the first coaster that company designed, which explains somewhat. Still wouldn't want to be the maintenance folks in charge of doing track checks on it.

More like "the train stalls in the apex of the loop", since the loop was originally designed too large

i mean that's fair for an initial concept but i always assume someone would have done more serious modeling and testing somewhere in between that step and hiring a steel fabricator
