so any time you see a news article about "shocking bill proposed in New Hampshire legislature," please understand that this unruly throng is constantly proposing shocking bills. this is simply their natural behavior and it is safe to observe from a distance.
did that libertarian migration project to NH 10-15 years ago affect the politics in any meaningful way or was it nothing
I don't think any significant number of people actually moved because of that
the real demographic change has been Massachusetts liberals getting priced out of Massachusetts and moving north
It was nothing, but the reason they wanted to move to NH in the first place was that it was already kinda like that
It didn't affect much except the local bear population, who discovered quickly that there were no rules about bear-safe trash disposal and had all the fun with this you'd expect. Also no rules against buying the bears donuts, although I think they banned that recently.
