this is better than my tactic of simply never reading my email
I did this! Can't remember where I found it but there are online private island brokers! The cheapest offering was only like $50k but it was very much not tropical. Also there's no utilities so you're going to have to spend a bunch on a generator and water purifier and everything else to survive off-grid. Also you will have to buy a boat and build a dock for it. Also you have to build an entire house where all the materials and workers have to be ferried back and forth.
okay maybe this is not such a budget option
