we need more content β stories, art, etc. β where humans coexist with anthros, and anthros are roughly two feet taller than humans.

You're not wrong, though. Too big makes things impersonal, awkward, difficult... maybe even troublesome. It's part of why I settled on 7' for my 'sona's standard height when I revamped her around this time last year, and why many of my critters hover in the upper-6' to upper-9' range.
