Today I'm recommending Shiori Experience: jimi na watashi to hen na ojisan by author Machida Kazuya and artist Osada Yu-Ko.
This manga...man this manga. It's one of my favorites. Basically what would happen if the legendary Jimi Hendrix could at will take over the body of an unassuming substitute teacher and started a band. However that comes at a cost, if she doesn't make it big by the age of 27, she'll join Jimi as part of the legendary 27 club. The manga brings a lot of great human drama, school life issues and the pain of creating a band all together into one beautiful blending pot that is Shiori Experience.
This is an insane manga that needs more love and support, and it's one of my favorite series I've read in a very long time.
