getting started in valheim went wayyyy smoother after having played it before, months ago. 5 hours in and i've got bronze gear and a big stylish (but not stylish ENOUGH) house with room for all my crap. and i got a lot of crap! it's that kind of game after all. took much longer when i was totally fresh, and i didn't even reuse my leveled-up guy.
game decided to raid me multiple times at just real awful opportunities. i spent far too long just running in circles from all the greylings and greydwarfs. if there's just a couple it's no big deal, but i was in a vicious cycle of "stop to hit a couple, get pelted with a storm of rocks because i stopped, run until i recover some health" and it was agonizing. i had no armor until the end of the stream so i was just dancing with death for a long dang while.
it's nice to see familiar faces in the stream :) hope y'all are enjoying these times, cause i am. i'm trying to introduce 1 new improvement on each stream, and this time it was having chat properly show up on the stream itself. now people can watch it back without needing to be on world wide web dot twitch dot tv backslash phyzisist to get the full context.
