In case folks aren't aware, I'm covering the new season of Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch From Mercury over on SlashFilm! I loved writing about the first season of the show: it's an enjoyable series with plenty of exciting twists and turns despite the rumors that every episode past 2 or 3 was submitted on the night of the broadcast. As an Utena fan there's plenty of little details to catch, and even if this new season goes horribly wrong I hope that there will still be something to dig into.
I also recommend checking out some of the other folks covering the series as it airs, like Thaliarchus and Giant Robot FM! I recommend digging through Kim Morrissy's reviews of season 1 at Anime News Network, as well. Everyone loves Suletta Sundays.
