was great catching up to old friends, meeting new folks, inflicting meme badges across the con and hearing how people kept getting comments on them!
it felt more chill this year, looking forward to seeing y'all there again if the stars align :3
not been confident at all in my ability to draw on paper at all, but @qwalf was right in telling me it's just something that comes the more you're doing it, and i'll be sure to make my brand of mess on peoples' sketch books in the future with more gusto |3
there's also my own concerns with any con at all in the age of covid, but i suppose that'll take a few days more to test for to see how it truly went; many people wore masks, and the con requiring a recent booster + initial series was a good call i hope to see almost as a simple matter of course going forward
but it was good to get out again
