Does the female employee at the liquor store asking "you want your receipt babe?" while I'm wearing a hoodie count as being perceived?
I'm going with "perceived" instead of "passing" here because I have the privilege of being able to safely display four 🏳️⚧️ on my person, although most people aren't looking at my pins and the bracelets get covered up by sleeves.
The older woman that works the register at the pizza place remembered my name and I'm feeling seen in a good way right now.
