for taking away our somber OPs and EDs. I've not heard an OP or ED, from a new anime, that wasn't upbeat in over a decade.
i'm attempting to watch Witch Hunter Robin, after my last try couldn't hold my attention, and it just totally made me realize how long it's been since I heard something like this.
2013's Aku no Hana gets a pass, though, for it's downright creepyweirdcool OPs and ED.
There's no way you can listen to these 2 tracks and not forgive them for not having the typically somber OPs and EDs of the 90's and 00's.
The 4 different OPs are all just different segments of the same song, while the 4 different EDs are just different versions of that song. The ED also has the bonus of having the best lyric video on the planet.

to be clear, the reason i dun wanna is cause that's a lot to write, not because i don't like or don't care about Aku no Hana, in fact, you'd be kind of hard pressed if you were to look for a review of it that'd be more positive than mine
