I had posted before about MS Outlook being awful, but to be honest, almost every single microsoft product is just godawful—like, every single thing I've used by microsoft from the past decade has been the worst experience of my life, especially the online Office365 products. I don't know how Microsoft is managing to charge people to use those pieces of shit.
